The following are the terms and conditions of Engraver's e-commerce site:- ee-commerce is not an auction market. It is a market between sellers and buyers from the engraving industry. ee-commerce represents neither the seller nor the buyer, it simply provides a transaction facility to the parties, and serves as a venue (Please read Terms and Conditions carefully). There are two (3) ways to post your Classified Ad with ee-commerce: a) Free till Sold (FTS), under this business model, your listing is free until your item is sold. b) Paid Listing (PL), under this business model, you pay to list your Classified Ad. See Fees below c) Free Listing (FL), as a service to the engraving community, there are other categories in which you can list your announcement, bulletins free. See Fees below 1. Item(s) for Sale. There are 2 Selections 1. Free till Sold (FTS). Under this model, your customer will not be able to contact you directly, but through ee-commerce. 2. Paid Listing (PL) If you select the “Paid” business model to list your Classified ad, then, you and the potential buyer will be directly communicating with each other 2. List Item(s) Wanted, Paid Listing (PL) 1. Classified Ad for Items Wanted is only available for fee paid business model. Please see Fees below for details 3. Professional Services (PL) 1. Classified Ad under this category is only available for fee paid business model. Please see Fees below for details 4. Employment (PL) 1. Employment or Job Wanted Classified Ad is free 2. Help Wanted or Job Offered Classified Ad is fee paid business model. Please see Fees below for details 5. Business Opportunity (PL) 1. Business Opportunity Classified Ad is fee paid business model. Please see Fees below for details 6. Tutorial and Classes (PL) 1. Tutorial and Classes Ad is fee paid business model. Please see Fees below for details 7. Bulletin Board (FL) 1. Bulletin Board is free Classed Ad for the engraving community Terms and Conditions 1. Nature of ee-commerce: ee-commerce is not an auction market. It is a virtual market place between willing sellers and willing buyers. ee-commerce represents neither the buyer, nor the seller. It provides a venue for both parties to transact business and serving as an intermediary. 2. ee-commerce has 3 business models: a) fee paid when the advertised merchandise is sold b) fee paid when the Classified Ad is placed c) free Classified Ad as a service to the engraving community. ee-commerce reserves the right to add, modify, and to change business model any time without prior notice. 3. Cancellation Policy: you may cancel your listing at any time. However, if you select FTS business model, once an item is pending (see above), any cancellation will be charged a fee equivalent to the fees ee-commerce will earn in the event the cancellation is not taken place. And you agree to pay such fee in the event you cancel “your sell” listing after the item is pending. There is no fee charged for any cancellation before an item becomes “pending”. 4. Dispute: Any dispute between buyers and seller is outside of ee-commerce. However, ee-commerce will attest or provide information concerning listing information, offer time, payment forms, payment time, copy of shipping document, or any other communications. 5. Ethics: listing an item with inaccurate information is lacking responsibility, and ethics. Please double-check your information before you publish them. 6. Fraud: When you knowingly list an item with false information for economic gain, you may subject yourself to fraud charges. Please consult your attorney for advice. 7. Disclaimer: ee-commerce disclaims any responsibility for accuracy and reliability of information provided by the Seller. You expressly agree that use of this Web site is at your sole risk. There is no warranty that your use, access of this site will uninterrupted or error free. This site is made available on an “as is” basis without warranties or any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of otherwise, other than those which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement. Neither we nor any other person or entity providing content via this site shall be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. 8. Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be charged depending on the shipping address. 12. Terms and Conditions, Fees, and page content are subject to change without prior notice. We also reserve the right to decline, to delete any listing without prior notice. 13. Applicable Law: This Terms and Conditions shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California Fees The following fee schedule is a net fee to ee-commerce. Any applicable tax is excluded in our fee calculation. Fees are subject to change without prior notice, and any dispute concerning fee charged must be in writing via email or fax. No phone calls shall be accepted for discussing fee dispute. During the introduction phase of Ee-commerce, all listings are FREE, until further notice in the Home Page of Ee-commerce. 1. Free till Sold (FTS): Transaction Fees: there is a transaction fee charged to any item sold. The SELLER is paying and agreeing to pay the fee-according schedules below; Transaction Price per item is less than $1,000 8% of sale amount Transaction Price per item is above $1,000 6% of sale amount 2. Paid Listing (PL): $38.00 for 30 days per listing 3. Banners Fee: if you are interested in putting a banner inside ee-commerce, please contact ee-commerce
